A huge part of my everyday routine is commuting by bicycle. What I love about biking is that I get fresh air, and exercise at the same time. From spending time at bike repair shops, I have became aware of amount of rubber inner tubes wasted. For these reasons I was inspired to collect bicycle inner tubes from the local bike shop on East Hastings in Vancouver to weave a garment, that reflected sustainability at the same times as honoring my love for biking and the outdoors.
